Salesforce Luncheon
Exclusive dialogue platform for global voices in Davos
Since 2014, Salesforce has created its own place for encounters during the Annual Meeting in Davos. In the large dome, CEO Marc Benioff personally invites leaders from business, politics, technology and culture to a curated luncheon followed by a panel discussion. Up to 200 guests take their seats at large round tables, where the shared lunch sets the stage for conversations that connect perspectives and spark new ideas.

Marc Benioff brought inspiring speakers to the stage and, through his personal hosting style, created an open, dialogue-oriented atmosphere. Past guests have included Greta Thunberg, Dr. Jane Goodall, will.i.am and other international thought leaders who have contributed powerful perspectives. Together with global CEOs, they discuss concrete pathways toward climate policy, transformation and social responsibility.
Each edition translates Salesforce’s sustainability initiatives into the atmospheric foundation of the format. Guests are welcomed into the setting even before entering the dome, guided by subtle olfactory and acoustic cues. Inside, the large cupola transforms into an immersive forest landscape. Real trees, mosses and ferns create the feeling of stepping into a living ecosystem – a fitting setting for conversations that continue long beyond the event itself.
