Process Intelligence as a spatial brand experience
For Celonis, Live Lab developed the company’s first Executive Briefing Center worldwide: Nucleus in Munich. The brand space translates Process Intelligence into a physical customer journey for C-level customers. From the first orientation point to interactive showcases, the space creates a focused setting for exchange, insight and innovation.


Nucleus begins before visitors enter the briefing center. Graphics, orientation points, wall and floor design guide them step by step into the Celonis universe. An existing space was transformed into a precisely guided journey that builds curiosity and makes complex content easier to access.

Four showcases translate Process Intelligence into direct interaction: a supply chain model with AR overlay, an AI showcase, a VR showcase and a ball run over six meters high as a symbol of the Orchestration Engine. Technology is not presented in abstract terms, but experienced spatially, visually and playfully.
The Entrance Wall, insight Wall, typographic staircase and Vending Machine connect content, space and brand into one consistent experience. Nucleus creates a focused setting for exchange with C-level customers – and makes visible what Celonis stands for: understanding processes, identifying solutions and enabling change.
