Vom Hardware-Spezialisten zum 360-Grad-Ansatz
Live Lab developed the communication strategy for Uster Technologies to launch Uster 360Q – a new product group that combines hardware, software, and consulting. Under the guiding principle “Think Quality Next Level,” a positioning strategy was created that takes Uster’s traditional commitment to quality to the next level and highlights the company’s transformation into a holistic solutions provider.
Together with Uster, Live Lab developed the strategic foundation, the storyline, and the visual communication for the new product world. From the product name and key visual to the website, brochure, and visual identity, a consistent brand was created that combines innovation with the existing brand identity.
At the heart of the communication was a vision film showcasing the three service levels of Uster 360Q in the context of real-world textile production. Filmed in India and at the headquarters in Uster, featuring employees and local partners, the film provided an authentic glimpse into a future where data-driven software, hardware, and expert knowledge enable new quality standards.


Together with Andreas Messerli AG, Live Lab integrated the 360Q story into the ITMA2023 trade show presentation. This made the new positioning directly tangible within the space and turned it into a central element of the entire trade show concept.
