Twint Partners Day
An industry event for the future of payments
In collaboration with TWINT, Live Lab developed Partners Day as an annual industry event on the future of payments. Across all editions, the format showed how digital payment solutions simplify everyday life, enable new services and connect partner organizations, customers and the TWINT ecosystem through concrete applications, interactions and community moments.
2024: Simplify & Connect
At the Folium in the former Sihl paper mill, Partners Day focused on connection and simplification. Following keynotes and panel discussions, a marketplace opened featuring exclusively designed TWINT booths, test formats, and app interactions—from jukebox controls to Paylink buttons. The evening in the Papiersaal brought together business, cuisine, and community.
2023: Now & Beyond
At the EWZ Selnau power plant, Partners Day was staged for the first time as an active TWINT Brand Space. Nine “Beyond Payment” cases demonstrated how the app works in everyday life: from farm stands to parking meters to community centers. The day combined keynotes, networking, and hands-on experiences with the 5-million-user party as a visible milestone.
