Celonis Brand Awareness Campaign Zurich
Process Mining with a Local Presence
For Celonis, Live Lab developed a brand awareness campaign in Zurich that made process mining visible, accessible, and locally relevant. OOH ads with Swiss German copy, personalized key account communications, a landing page featuring success stories, and a Velopresso coffee bike combined reach, dialogue, and account-based marketing into a campaign with direct access to the target audience.



The campaign translated the topic of process mining into clear, locally rooted messages such as “Process Mining, kännsch?” and addressed key accounts directly. On-site, a sustainable coffee bike continued the communication: Over coffee, vermicelli, and accessible success stories, a low-barrier setting for conversations with the Celonis team was created.


Three success stories on the landing page explained how process mining works in practice. Developed as dialogues between employees, they made the campaign’s promises relatable and were backed by facts. Photo and video content from the live activations extended the campaign across social media for two weeks.
